Lg has cheated me and sold defective refrigerator all parts are not working.5 parts including compressor have stopped working
I HAVE PURCHASED LG REFRIGERATOR on 26/01/2021 model no GL-T50 2FPZU /2021 from Vijay sales Mumbai Refrigerator was not cooling and making huge noise as if something is cracking in there. Hence I had complained to LG and on 27th May 2023 after engineer inspection I was told grill assembly was not working and hence LG repaired and installed new grill assembly for Rs 3150/_ cost was paid by me.

On 24th dec2023 the refrigerator stopped working completely.

After LG engineer inspection I was told that , the balance parts including previous part have stopped working. Value as below.

Several times I have called and complained in LG . But no one is paying attention to problem. I have tried my best to reach to executive explain the problem but no use.
No one is ready to accept refrigerator is definitely defective and all parts have failed why am fored to get it repaired again and again .I am getting punished for buying LG REFRIGERATOR.
Iam being treated very badly by customer service centre , crazy replies are given .This is like buying and assembling product as if purchased second hand refrigerator or from foothpathThe Repair cost is 65% of the product. On the face of it , it's clear that the repair is demanding 65% of the product value which indicates product is 100% defective and damaged product sold to me by company.
why should I bear the cost of this defective product whose compressor is also stopped working irrespective of 10 yrs warranty. This is truly unfair on behalf of company to sell defective damaged product to honest customers. -This Refrigerator is completely defective none of essential parts are working to call it refrigerator.
If so many parts have stopped working Grill Assembly(twice)Compressor ,Condenser, pcb coil .What is the use of the bare metal body and plastic compartments. Has LG has sold me just damaged defective metal body which doesn't cool for 50,000/-(46000+3150+service charge)76000.Kindly refund my money .
I had trust in LG hence I purchased the product . Aam cheated by LG electronics.

Imagine this: on February 28th, 2024, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my long-awaited Television and Washing Machine.
However, what followed was not excitement but disappointment, as the promised installation failed to materialize. Despite numerous attempts to contact the service center, my pleas fell on deaf ears, leaving me feeling dejected and let down.
In my endeavor to seek resolution, I resorted to emailing the service center, pouring out my deep dissatisfaction with their failure to address the installation issues promptly. I provided them with the complaint numbers for both the Television and Washing Machine, hoping for a swift resolution to my grievances.
To my dismay, the response I received only added insult to injury. While the service requests had been assigned to a service engineer named PURUSOTHAMANV, I was provided with no means of contact.
This lack of basic communication left me feeling even more frustrated and abandoned in my pursuit of assistance.
As the days dragged on with no progress in sight, my patience wore thin. It dawned on me that unless immediate action was taken, I would be left with no choice but to return the products for a refund. It was a bitter pill to swallow, considering the anticipation and eagerness with which I had awaited their arrival.
What struck me most about this ordeal was the stark reminder of the pivotal role that effective customer service plays in shaping one's overall satisfaction. A simple gesture, such as providing contact information or responding promptly to inquiries, can make all the difference in transforming a negative experience into a positive one.

Purchased on 23rd November 2023.
2)Warranty Registration - LG - 1 Ton, 4 Star, Split AC, AI Convertible 6-in-1, with Anti Virus Protection, 2023 Model
Purchased on 21st December 2023
3)Warranty Registration - LG 242 Ltr, 3 Star, Smart Inverter Compressor, DoorCooling+, Smart Diagnosis, Shiny Steel Finish, Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator.
Purchased on 23rd December 2023
The Warranty Registration details as well as the details of Model No / Serial No / Purchase Date etc. are available in the three attached Word Files and the images are also appended below.
Since I have not received the Original Tax Invoices for all the above three appliances at the time of delivery, I request you to kindly mail me the three Original Tax Invoices preferably in PDF format for my records.

Preferred solution: I just want the Original Tax Invoices for 3 LG Products (2 Refriferators & 1 Split AC Purchased in November 2023 & December 2023. I have sent 3 emails to LG Service India (serviceindia@lge.com) since 20/2/24 but there is no response.
LG Fraud Company
On 21.08.2021, we purchased LG Fridge Model T502FPZ3 having Serial No. 107PRFG069507 through Invoice A1424/2122/01856 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Guwahati.
After 3-4 months, we complained about the Cooling problem and an engineer was send by the company who told us to keep the doors opened for 12 hours. After few months again same problem persist and we lodged the complain again. The engineer came and took 1 month and replaced Compressor. After 4-5 months same problem continued, so again engineer came and told us to keep the upper door open in night time for 8-10 hrs.
The problem remained unsolved and in the meantime the 1 year warranty of the fridge got over.
Recently we again lodged same complain for same defect fridge and now the engineer informed that its UNREPERABLE DEFECT and a New Fridge will be given to us with 20% depreciation on each year.
We are completely astonished and found that the company is supplying and selling defective materials and by hook or by crook finishes the 1 yr warranty period and then compel customers to pay amount @ 20% depreciated value for procuring New Fridge from same company.
The LG company in INDIA is doing fraud with customers like us and their business policy will ruin the hard earned money of lower middle class people like us.
LG Company in Assam is threatening to its people. The Ho'ble Chief Minister will be informed very soon about the activities doing by LG Company in Assam and it poor people.

We had bought LG dual core AC just two months back whose model no.is EW-Q18WUXA which is not working properly from the beginning neither cooling nor amp. is also taking around 93 while it should be 70-72 amp., remote is also not working which I complained to customer care but I didn't get any satisfactory response just gave us no.
of Gaurav Tyagi who is DSC Agra We talked with him but he showed very irresponsible attitude and have been avoiding us since morning and stopped picking up our calls after the whole day was over. We are not at all satisfied with this LG product and its quality and especially with the LG staff and service executive.

My canceled order no.320******** of 8th june after continuous following up after one month refund not received.
Customer executive advice for reorder product..again new order placed on 26th june with delivery on 29th june.. with order no.320********
From 29th again following up for both refund and delivery but yet not received refund or delivery...everyday morning in chat giving fake promises you will get delivery today..and pass 10days..
Now both order money enjoying lgindia and I am paid credit card bill with out receiving product.
Lgindia customer service third class be aware before buy any LG product from LGINDIA online..

Have to say lg ac service is the worst. It's a mode of earning money from their customers.
First the lg ac agent installed tilted ac which I asked him to correct but he says it's not tilted and charges for the same . then because of which water leackage starts. So they says it's because of dirt and charges for the same. Now again after one month water is leaking.
Now again they want to charge for reinstalling the ac in correct position. So first they creats a problem so that they can charge thrice for it. Highly disappointed.. If I would have called a local person to install he would have charged less and done the job correctly.
But i thought LG is a brand and should let them handle but this is how they treat their loyal customers...
Now even after repeated calls they want to charge again.. they should be sued

I have bought an AC on 23-4-23 and it is giving me error code CH 12 since 23-9-23 hence I have registered the complaint on 25-9-23, same day technician came stating that its sensor has gone bad and we don't have a part and I will replace it next day but since then I am waiting and calling the service centre(639721**** Nazim) but no support has been provided. I am a loyal customer of LG as I have over 15-20 ac's running in my office and home but I will definitely reconsider my plans of buying in the future. Kindly resolve my concern ASAP before I complain in the consumer court about my experience with LG.
